These Terms govern use of SkateRGV.

SkateRGV provides community information about skateparks, shops, events, media, challenges, rewards, and related activities. Information may change and should be independently confirmed before travel or participation.

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and use the platform lawfully. Users may not harass others, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, manipulate check-ins or rankings, or misuse sponsor offers.

Skateboarding and event participation involve risk. SkateRGV does not guarantee the condition, supervision, availability, safety, or suitability of any park, location, event, product, or activity. Users are responsible for evaluating conditions, following posted rules, using appropriate safety equipment, and obtaining parent or guardian approval where required.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant SkateRGV permission to store, review, display, reproduce, resize, distribute, and promote approved submissions in connection with the platform and its social, event, and promotional activities.

SkateRGV may moderate, reject, remove, archive, or restrict content and accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the community, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or preserve platform integrity.

The service is provided as available without a promise that every feature, listing, reward, event, or notification will remain continuously available.
